What IS This Web Site All About?

Eating! Its a web site of menus. If your restaurant is listed on this web site, anyone with an internet connection is three clicks away from being able to view your full menu, along with your hours, anytime they want.

How Much Does It Cost?

What is this "cost" thing you speak of? There are no costs at all. Its free to get your restaurant listed and its free for web visitors to use the site. There may be optional things in the future that you can pay for, but the basic functionality of this web site is free, and always will be.

How Do I Add My Restaurant, or Update It's Listing?

What Kind Of Restaurants Do You List?
|
All Kinds. I will list any Restaurant menu that gets sent to me. Not just big ones, but small one-of-a-kind ones too. Small restaurants that may not already have their own web site are the ones that will benefit the most from being listed on MenuLizard.
BUT I don't list menus that don't have prices. And I also don't do any custom colors or logos or anything of that nature on your listing.

Can I Link To My MenuLizard Listing?

If you do have your own web site, and you want to link to your MenuLizard listing, this is no problem at all. Just send me an email first and let me know that you are doing it. Also you can post the link in your restaurant, on ads, and even on your paper menu, so hungry people have a place to go for an updated menu if their copy is old.

What States, Cities Do You Cover?

All States and All Cities. The way the database works, when you visit the web site, you only see the States that I have already added at least one menu from. And then you only see cities I have a menu from. But the site covers the whole Country. If your Restaurant's City or State doesn't look like it's listed on the site, just mail me your menu and it will be.

Why Do You Need Other Information Besides My Menu?
|
There is an additional information form that you can use to supply me with lots more information about your restaurant. It is important to supply me with all this information because the restaurant database is fully searchable. For example:
If you don't supply me with the hours your restaurant is open, then when someone views your City, and clicks the button to only show restaurants that are open right now, your restaurant will not show up, because the site doesn't know your hours.
Additionally, if you don't tell me information like weather or not your restaurant delivers, or has a bar, then your listing will show a Question Mark instead of a Check (yes) or an X (no). But, more importantly, if someone is viewing your City, and clicks the button to show only restaurants that have a Bar, your restaurant won't be shown.
This is why it is very important to supply me with all of the information that is on the 'Additional Information Form' (which is a PDF located on the Add a Menu page). Many menus will already have some, or most of this information on them, but if not, please do what you can to get me this information.
