How Do I Keep A Menu Up To Date?
Menus change over time. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to keep your menu listing up to date. There are two kinds of updates:
For Minor Updates

For minor updates to a menu, such as:
Change of Hours, Phone Numbers, Address etc OR
Fix Spelling Mistakes OR
A few price changes or new items

The easiest way to go is to send us an email using the link at the bottom of every page. Be sure to include your email address, and your restaurants ID number (the ID number is the number in the URL)

Remember we deal with lots of menus, so make sure you take your time and write a very detailed description of what you need updated.

For More Significant Updates

For more significant updates, such as more than just a few new menu items, or more than just a few price changes, the best way to go is to mail us (postal mail) a new menu.

Read below to get the specifics of how to go about that (its very easy)

A Restaurant's ID Number is in the URL:

Send Us An Updated Menu
If your menus has more than a few changes, it is best to mail us a new one. But there are a few things you must do first so that we can process the updated menu as soon as possible. Just grab a pen or marker and do a few things to your menu...
Please write "update" on the front of the menu and circle it:

Then write the ID number from your URL on the front, and circle it:

Then write your email address on the front, and circle it

This email address won't be added to the restaurant info, but it is likely that we may need to contact you to clarify something, so please include this. If you don't, and we don't understand what you mean, then your menu just goes into the recycle bin

Now go through the menu, and Circle all the New & Updated items

If there are old items that need to be deleted,
Cross them out with a line

If there are changes to the restaurant info,
you can include those on a separate piece of paper as well

Menus that are properly marked will be processed right away
Those that are not, go into the queue...

Now Mail Us The Menu:

What NOT To Do...
Please DO NOT simply put us on your menu mailing list. If your menu isn't marked up per the instructions above, we will assume it is a duplicate when we receive it and see that it is already listed on our site. We don't have time to search through every menu we get to find changes that may or may not be there. So please don't add us to your mailing list. Instead, *manually* send us a marked up copy when you make changes. Trust me, its worth it. The little extra work of marking up the menu will translate into an up to date menu on the web, where 5 billion people can see it.
