We have ordered several times and while the first time the food was wonderful and the service was great, each time after the food has gotten worse. The last time we order hibachi chicken and shrimp and when the food arrived the chicken was so tough you couldn't chew it. To make matters worse we found a long hair in the food. We called several times only to be told that the manager would call us back but that never happened. Finally we insisted on getting our money back or a free lunch the next time we ordered and the employee said she would give us 25% off. We told her that this was unacceptable as the food was inedible and she told us she felt we were lying! She actually called a customer a liar! Her words exactly! She then went on to say that the owner did not speak english and the manager was unavailable!!!! We threatened to call the health department and bring the phone over to their store in front of other customers and she finally agreed to give us a replacement order the next time we call. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO A RESTAURANT THAT CALLS ITS CUSTOMERS A LIAR! Go somewhere that doesn't want to lose business because their employees are so disrepectful and rude!
